Update to Redmine 1.2.1 on 1.2-stable branch (Redmine SVN rev 6270)

If you are using HTML, it is recommended you install:

gem install -r htmlentities

Example of simple use in .rhtml:

FPDF users can migrate to TCPDF by changing the following from:

  pdf = FPDF.new

to:

  pdf = TCPDF.new
