Fix #1954 Peculiar alignment for Amplitude Follower y-scale in Auto-Align mode. We can now, for the first time ever, vertically align the amplitude follower output with a waveform layer underneath.

To add 32-bit Vamp audio analysis plugins to the Transform menu in
Sonic Visualiser, unpack and copy them into this directory.
