diff INSTALL.txt @ 371:23f2ee395cf7 templating

Find changesets by keywords (author, files, the commit message), revision number or hash, or revset expression.
Include "testtemplate" into the bundled resources in SV.app. See also the related change in svapp, to read a template using genre info. patch is originally from my git copy.
