Now includes latest changes from MEPD:
* TempoTrackV2::calculatebeats method - exposes "alpha" and "tightness" parameters
* TempoTrackV2::calculateBeatPeriod - user can specify an inputtempo (in BPM) and "constraintempo" (bool)
