Removed fftw_plan from xtraction functions. Created new init function xtract_init_fft() for creating plans, which have global scope. Updated examples to reflect the change. New configure option: --with-fft_optimisation (0 = FFTW_ESTIMATE, 1 = FFTW_MEASURE, 2 = FFTW_PATIENT).

##### http://autoconf-archive.cryp.to/swig_multi_module_support.html # # SYNOPSIS # # SWIG_MULTI_MODULE_SUPPORT # # DESCRIPTION # # Enable support for multiple modules. This effects all invocations # of $(SWIG). You have to link all generated modules against the # appropriate SWIG runtime library. If you want to build Python # modules for example, use the SWIG_PYTHON macro and link the modules # against $(SWIG_PYTHON_LIBS). # # LAST MODIFICATION # # 2006-10-22 # # COPYLEFT # # Copyright (c) 2006 Sebastian Huber <sebastian-huber@web.de> # Copyright (c) 2006 Alan W.
