Expand environmental parameters and executable name in action when it is received rather than when it's executed. This ensures we can correctly compare actions and fixes #141 "Unexpected error if you double-click on a toolbar button"

Show cancel button with progress bar only when running an operation that it makes sense to cancel (we don't really want people cancelling e.g. initial folder scan because it would leave things in an inconsistent state)

Make "Show all files" persistent (fixing #203), and rationalise some config group names (noting that "General" is actually the default group "" as it appears in the config file, not the name of a group called "General": that appears as "%General")
