joachim99@80 24 of this license document, but changing it is not allowed.

joachim99@80 28 <strong>0. PREAMBLE</strong>
joachim99@80 29 </p>
joachim99@69 30
joachim99@80 31 <p>
joachim99@80 32 The purpose of this License is to make a manual, textbook, or other
joachim99@80 33 functional and useful document "free" in the sense of freedom: to
joachim99@80 34 assure everyone the effective freedom to copy and redistribute it,
joachim99@80 35 with or without modifying it, either commercially or noncommercially.
joachim99@80 36 Secondarily, this License preserves for the author and publisher a way
joachim99@80 37 to get credit for their work, while not being considered responsible
joachim99@80 38 for modifications made by others.
joachim99@80 39 </p>
joachim99@69 40
joachim99@80 41 <p>
joachim99@80 42 This License is a kind of "copyleft", which means that derivative
joachim99@80 43 works of the document must themselves be free in the same sense. It
joachim99@80 44 complements the GNU General Public License, which is a copyleft
joachim99@80 45 license designed for free software.
joachim99@80 46 </p>
joachim99@69 47
joachim99@80 48 <p>
joachim99@80 49 We have designed this License in order to use it for manuals for free
joachim99@80 50 software, because free software needs free documentation: a free
joachim99@80 51 program should come with manuals providing the same freedoms that the
joachim99@80 52 software does. But this License is not limited to software manuals;
joachim99@80 53 it can be used for any textual work, regardless of subject matter or
joachim99@80 54 whether it is published as a printed book. We recommend this License
joachim99@80 55 principally for works whose purpose is instruction or reference.
joachim99@80 56 </p>
joachim99@69 57
joachim99@80 58 <p>
joachim99@80 59 <strong>1. APPLICABILITY AND DEFINITIONS</strong>
joachim99@80 60 </p>
joachim99@69 61
joachim99@80 62 <p>
joachim99@80 63 This License applies to any manual or other work, in any medium, that
joachim99@80 64 contains a notice placed by the copyright holder saying it can be
joachim99@80 65 distributed under the terms of this License. Such a notice grants a
joachim99@80 66 world-wide, royalty-free license, unlimited in duration, to use that
joachim99@80 67 work under the conditions stated herein. The "Document", below,
joachim99@80 68 refers to any such manual or work. Any member of the public is a
joachim99@80 69 licensee, and is addressed as "you". You accept the license if you
joachim99@80 70 copy, modify or distribute the work in a way requiring permission
joachim99@80 71 under copyright law.
joachim99@80 72 </p>
joachim99@69 73
joachim99@80 74 <p>
joachim99@80 75 A "Modified Version" of the Document means any work containing the
joachim99@80 76 Document or a portion of it, either copied verbatim, or with
joachim99@80 77 modifications and/or translated into another language.
joachim99@80 78 </p>
joachim99@69 79
joachim99@80 80 <p>
joachim99@80 81 A "Secondary Section" is a named appendix or a front-matter section of
joachim99@80 82 the Document that deals exclusively with the relationship of the
joachim99@80 83 publishers or authors of the Document to the Document's overall subject
joachim99@80 84 (or to related matters) and contains nothing that could fall directly
joachim99@80 85 within that overall subject. (Thus, if the Document is in part a
joachim99@80 86 textbook of mathematics, a Secondary Section may not explain any
joachim99@80 87 mathematics.) The relationship could be a matter of historical
joachim99@80 88 connection with the subject or with related matters, or of legal,
joachim99@80 89 commercial, philosophical, ethical or political position regarding
joachim99@80 90 them.
joachim99@80 91 </p>
joachim99@69 92
joachim99@80 93 <p>
joachim99@80 94 The "Invariant Sections" are certain Secondary Sections whose titles
joachim99@80 95 are designated, as being those of Invariant Sections, in the notice
joachim99@80 96 that says that the Document is released under this License. If a
joachim99@80 97 section does not fit the above definition of Secondary then it is not
joachim99@80 98 allowed to be designated as Invariant. The Document may contain zero
joachim99@80 99 Invariant Sections. If the Document does not identify any Invariant
joachim99@80 100 Sections then there are none.
joachim99@80 101 </p>
joachim99@69 102
joachim99@80 103 <p>
joachim99@80 104 The "Cover Texts" are certain short passages of text that are listed,
joachim99@80 105 as Front-Cover Texts or Back-Cover Texts, in the notice that says that
joachim99@80 106 the Document is released under this License. A Front-Cover Text may
joachim99@80 107 be at most 5 words, and a Back-Cover Text may be at most 25 words.
joachim99@80 108 </p>
joachim99@69 109
joachim99@80 110 <p>
joachim99@80 111 A "Transparent" copy of the Document means a machine-readable copy,
joachim99@80 112 represented in a format whose specification is available to the
joachim99@80 113 general public, that is suitable for revising the document
joachim99@80 114 straightforwardly with generic text editors or (for images composed of
joachim99@80 115 pixels) generic paint programs or (for drawings) some widely available
joachim99@80 116 drawing editor, and that is suitable for input to text formatters or
joachim99@80 117 for automatic translation to a variety of formats suitable for input
joachim99@80 118 to text formatters. A copy made in an otherwise Transparent file
joachim99@80 119 format whose markup, or absence of markup, has been arranged to thwart
joachim99@80 120 or discourage subsequent modification by readers is not Transparent.
joachim99@80 121 An image format is not Transparent if used for any substantial amount
joachim99@80 122 of text. A copy that is not "Transparent" is called "Opaque".
joachim99@80 123 </p>
joachim99@69 124
joachim99@80 125 <p>
joachim99@80 126 Examples of suitable formats for Transparent copies include plain
joachim99@80 127 ASCII without markup, Texinfo input format, LaTeX input format, SGML
joachim99@80 128 or XML using a publicly available DTD, and standard-conforming simple
joachim99@80 129 HTML, PostScript or PDF designed for human modification. Examples of
joachim99@80 130 transparent image formats include PNG, XCF and JPG. Opaque formats
joachim99@80 131 include proprietary formats that can be read and edited only by
joachim99@80 132 proprietary word processors, SGML or XML for which the DTD and/or
joachim99@80 133 processing tools are not generally available, and the
joachim99@80 134 machine-generated HTML, PostScript or PDF produced by some word
joachim99@80 135 processors for output purposes only.
joachim99@80 136 </p>
joachim99@69 137
joachim99@80 138 <p>
joachim99@80 139 The "Title Page" means, for a printed book, the title page itself,
joachim99@80 140 plus such following pages as are needed to hold, legibly, the material
joachim99@80 141 this License requires to appear in the title page. For works in
joachim99@80 142 formats which do not have any title page as such, "Title Page" means
joachim99@80 143 the text near the most prominent appearance of the work's title,
joachim99@80 144 preceding the beginning of the body of the text.
joachim99@80 145 </p>
joachim99@69 146
joachim99@80 147 <p>
joachim99@80 148 A section "Entitled XYZ" means a named subunit of the Document whose
joachim99@80 149 title either is precisely XYZ or contains XYZ in parentheses following
joachim99@80 150 text that translates XYZ in another language. (Here XYZ stands for a
joachim99@80 151 specific section name mentioned below, such as "Acknowledgements",
joachim99@80 152 "Dedications", "Endorsements", or "History".) To "Preserve the Title"
joachim99@80 153 of such a section when you modify the Document means that it remains a
joachim99@80 154 section "Entitled XYZ" according to this definition.
joachim99@80 155 </p>
joachim99@69 156
joachim99@80 157 <p>
joachim99@80 158 The Document may include Warranty Disclaimers next to the notice which
joachim99@80 159 states that this License applies to the Document. These Warranty
joachim99@80 160 Disclaimers are considered to be included by reference in this
joachim99@80 161 License, but only as regards disclaiming warranties: any other
joachim99@80 162 implication that these Warranty Disclaimers may have is void and has
joachim99@80 163 no effect on the meaning of this License.
joachim99@80 164 </p>
joachim99@69 165
joachim99@80 166 <p>
joachim99@80 167 <strong>2. VERBATIM COPYING</strong>
joachim99@80 168 </p>
joachim99@69 169
joachim99@80 170 <p>
joachim99@80 171 You may copy and distribute the Document in any medium, either
joachim99@80 172 commercially or noncommercially, provided that this License, the
joachim99@80 173 copyright notices, and the license notice saying this License applies
joachim99@80 174 to the Document are reproduced in all copies, and that you add no other
joachim99@80 175 conditions whatsoever to those of this License. You may not use
joachim99@80 176 technical measures to obstruct or control the reading or further
joachim99@80 177 copying of the copies you make or distribute. However, you may accept
joachim99@80 178 compensation in exchange for copies. If you distribute a large enough
joachim99@80 179 number of copies you must also follow the conditions in section 3.
joachim99@80 180 </p>
joachim99@69 181
joachim99@80 182 <p>
joachim99@80 183 You may also lend copies, under the same conditions stated above, and
joachim99@80 184 you may publicly display copies.
joachim99@80 185 </p>
joachim99@69 186
joachim99@80 187 <p>
joachim99@80 188 <strong>3. COPYING IN QUANTITY</strong>
joachim99@80 189 </p>
joachim99@69 190
joachim99@80 191 <p>
joachim99@80 192 If you publish printed copies (or copies in media that commonly have
joachim99@80 193 printed covers) of the Document, numbering more than 100, and the
joachim99@80 194 Document's license notice requires Cover Texts, you must enclose the
joachim99@80 195 copies in covers that carry, clearly and legibly, all these Cover
joachim99@80 196 Texts: Front-Cover Texts on the front cover, and Back-Cover Texts on
joachim99@80 197 the back cover. Both covers must also clearly and legibly identify
joachim99@80 198 you as the publisher of these copies. The front cover must present
joachim99@80 199 the full title with all words of the title equally prominent and
joachim99@80 200 visible. You may add other material on the covers in addition.
joachim99@80 201 Copying with changes limited to the covers, as long as they preserve
joachim99@80 202 the title of the Document and satisfy these conditions, can be treated
joachim99@80 203 as verbatim copying in other respects.
joachim99@80 204 </p>
joachim99@69 205
joachim99@80 206 <p>
joachim99@80 207 If the required texts for either cover are too voluminous to fit
joachim99@80 208 legibly, you should put the first ones listed (as many as fit
joachim99@80 209 reasonably) on the actual cover, and continue the rest onto adjacent
joachim99@80 210 pages.
joachim99@80 211 </p>
joachim99@69 212
joachim99@80 213 <p>
joachim99@80 214 If you publish or distribute Opaque copies of the Document numbering
joachim99@80 215 more than 100, you must either include a machine-readable Transparent
joachim99@80 216 copy along with each Opaque copy, or state in or with each Opaque copy
joachim99@80 217 a computer-network location from which the general network-using
joachim99@80 218 public has access to download using public-standard network protocols
joachim99@80 219 a complete Transparent copy of the Document, free of added material.
joachim99@80 220 If you use the latter option, you must take reasonably prudent steps,
joachim99@80 221 when you begin distribution of Opaque copies in quantity, to ensure
joachim99@80 222 that this Transparent copy will remain thus accessible at the stated
joachim99@80 223 location until at least one year after the last time you distribute an
joachim99@80 224 Opaque copy (directly or through your agents or retailers) of that
joachim99@80 225 edition to the public.
joachim99@80 226 </p>
joachim99@69 227
joachim99@80 228 <p>
joachim99@80 229 It is requested, but not required, that you contact the authors of the
joachim99@80 230 Document well before redistributing any large number of copies, to give
joachim99@80 231 them a chance to provide you with an updated version of the Document.
joachim99@80 232 </p>
joachim99@69 233
joachim99@80 234 <p>
joachim99@80 235 <strong>4. MODIFICATIONS</strong>
joachim99@80 236 </p>
joachim99@69 237
joachim99@80 238 <p>
joachim99@80 239 You may copy and distribute a Modified Version of the Document under
joachim99@80 240 the conditions of sections 2 and 3 above, provided that you release
joachim99@80 241 the Modified Version under precisely this License, with the Modified
joachim99@80 242 Version filling the role of the Document, thus licensing distribution
joachim99@80 243 and modification of the Modified Version to whoever possesses a copy
joachim99@80 244 of it. In addition, you must do these things in the Modified Version:
joachim99@80 245 </p>
joachim99@69 246
joachim99@80 247 <ul>
joachim99@80 248 <li><strong>A.</strong> Use in the Title Page (and on the covers, if any) a title distinct
joachim99@80 249 from that of the Document, and from those of previous versions
joachim99@80 250 (which should, if there were any, be listed in the History section
joachim99@80 251 of the Document). You may use the same title as a previous version
joachim99@80 252 if the original publisher of that version gives permission.</li>
joachim99@80 253 <li><strong>B.</strong> List on the Title Page, as authors, one or more persons or entities
joachim99@80 254 responsible for authorship of the modifications in the Modified
joachim99@80 255 Version, together with at least five of the principal authors of the
joachim99@80 256 Document (all of its principal authors, if it has fewer than five),
joachim99@80 257 unless they release you from this requirement.</li>
joachim99@80 258 <li><strong>C.</strong> State on the Title page the name of the publisher of the
joachim99@80 259 Modified Version, as the publisher.</li>
joachim99@80 260 <li><strong>D.</strong> Preserve all the copyright notices of the Document.</li>
joachim99@80 261 <li><strong>E.</strong> Add an appropriate copyright notice for your modifications
joachim99@80 262 adjacent to the other copyright notices.</li>
joachim99@80 263 <li><strong>F.</strong> Include, immediately after the copyright notices, a license notice
joachim99@80 264 giving the public permission to use the Modified Version under the
joachim99@80 265 terms of this License, in the form shown in the Addendum below.</li>
joachim99@80 266 <li><strong>G.</strong> Preserve in that license notice the full lists of Invariant Sections
joachim99@80 267 and required Cover Texts given in the Document's license notice.</li>
joachim99@80 268 <li><strong>H.</strong> Include an unaltered copy of this License.</li>
joachim99@80 269 <li><strong>I.</strong> Preserve the section Entitled "History", Preserve its Title, and add
joachim99@80 270 to it an item stating at least the title, year, new authors, and
joachim99@80 271 publisher of the Modified Version as given on the Title Page. If
joachim99@80 272 there is no section Entitled "History" in the Document, create one
joachim99@80 273 stating the title, year, authors, and publisher of the Document as
joachim99@80 274 given on its Title Page, then add an item describing the Modified
joachim99@80 275 Version as stated in the previous sentence.</li>
joachim99@80 276 <li><strong>J.</strong> Preserve the network location, if any, given in the Document for
joachim99@80 277 public access to a Transparent copy of the Document, and likewise
joachim99@80 278 the network locations given in the Document for previous versions
joachim99@80 279 it was based on. These may be placed in the "History" section.
joachim99@80 280 You may omit a network location for a work that was published at
joachim99@80 281 least four years before the Document itself, or if the original
joachim99@80 282 publisher of the version it refers to gives permission.</li>
joachim99@80 283 <li><strong>K.</strong> For any section Entitled "Acknowledgements" or "Dedications",
joachim99@80 284 Preserve the Title of the section, and preserve in the section all
joachim99@80 285 the substance and tone of each of the contributor acknowledgements
joachim99@80 286 and/or dedications given therein.</li>
joachim99@80 287 <li><strong>L.</strong> Preserve all the Invariant Sections of the Document,
joachim99@80 288 unaltered in their text and in their titles. Section numbers
joachim99@80 289 or the equivalent are not considered part of the section titles.</li>
joachim99@80 290 <li><strong>M.</strong> Delete any section Entitled "Endorsements". Such a section
joachim99@80 291 may not be included in the Modified Version.</li>
joachim99@80 292 <li><strong>N.</strong> Do not retitle any existing section to be Entitled "Endorsements"
joachim99@80 293 or to conflict in title with any Invariant Section.</li>
joachim99@80 294 <li><strong>O.</strong> Preserve any Warranty Disclaimers.</li>
joachim99@80 295 </ul>
joachim99@69 296
joachim99@80 297 <p>
joachim99@80 298 If the Modified Version includes new front-matter sections or
joachim99@80 299 appendices that qualify as Secondary Sections and contain no material
joachim99@80 300 copied from the Document, you may at your option designate some or all
joachim99@80 301 of these sections as invariant. To do this, add their titles to the
joachim99@80 302 list of Invariant Sections in the Modified Version's license notice.
joachim99@80 303 These titles must be distinct from any other section titles.
joachim99@80 304 </p>
joachim99@69 305
joachim99@80 306 <p>
joachim99@80 307 You may add a section Entitled "Endorsements", provided it contains
joachim99@80 308 nothing but endorsements of your Modified Version by various
joachim99@80 309 parties--for example, statements of peer review or that the text has
joachim99@80 310 been approved by an organization as the authoritative definition of a
joachim99@80 311 standard.
joachim99@80 312 </p>
joachim99@69 313
joachim99@80 314 <p>
joachim99@80 315 You may add a passage of up to five words as a Front-Cover Text, and a
joachim99@80 316 passage of up to 25 words as a Back-Cover Text, to the end of the list
joachim99@80 317 of Cover Texts in the Modified Version. Only one passage of
joachim99@80 318 Front-Cover Text and one of Back-Cover Text may be added by (or
joachim99@80 319 through arrangements made by) any one entity. If the Document already
joachim99@80 320 includes a cover text for the same cover, previously added by you or
joachim99@80 321 by arrangement made by the same entity you are acting on behalf of,
joachim99@80 322 you may not add another; but you may replace the old one, on explicit
joachim99@80 323 permission from the previous publisher that added the old one.
joachim99@80 324 </p>
joachim99@69 325
joachim99@80 326 <p>
joachim99@80 327 The author(s) and publisher(s) of the Document do not by this License
joachim99@80 328 give permission to use their names for publicity for or to assert or
joachim99@80 329 imply endorsement of any Modified Version.
joachim99@80 330 </p>
joachim99@69 331
joachim99@80 332 <p>
joachim99@80 333 <strong>5. COMBINING DOCUMENTS</strong>
joachim99@80 334 </p>
joachim99@69 335
joachim99@80 336 <p>
joachim99@80 337 You may combine the Document with other documents released under this
joachim99@80 338 License, under the terms defined in section 4 above for modified
joachim99@80 339 versions, provided that you include in the combination all of the
joachim99@80 340 Invariant Sections of all of the original documents, unmodified, and
joachim99@80 341 list them all as Invariant Sections of your combined work in its
joachim99@80 342 license notice, and that you preserve all their Warranty Disclaimers.
joachim99@80 343 </p>
joachim99@69 344
joachim99@80 345 <p>
joachim99@80 346 The combined work need only contain one copy of this License, and
joachim99@80 347 multiple identical Invariant Sections may be replaced with a single
joachim99@80 348 copy. If there are multiple Invariant Sections with the same name but
joachim99@80 349 different contents, make the title of each such section unique by
joachim99@80 350 adding at the end of it, in parentheses, the name of the original
joachim99@80 351 author or publisher of that section if known, or else a unique number.
joachim99@80 352 Make the same adjustment to the section titles in the list of
joachim99@80 353 Invariant Sections in the license notice of the combined work.
joachim99@80 354 </p>
joachim99@69 355
joachim99@80 356 <p>
joachim99@80 357 In the combination, you must combine any sections Entitled "History"
joachim99@80 358 in the various original documents, forming one section Entitled
joachim99@80 359 "History"; likewise combine any sections Entitled "Acknowledgements",
joachim99@80 360 and any sections Entitled "Dedications". You must delete all sections
joachim99@80 361 Entitled "Endorsements."
joachim99@80 362 </p>
joachim99@69 363
joachim99@80 364 <p>
joachim99@80 365 <strong>6. COLLECTIONS OF DOCUMENTS</strong>
joachim99@80 366 </p>
joachim99@69 367
joachim99@80 368 <p>
joachim99@80 369 You may make a collection consisting of the Document and other documents
joachim99@80 370 released under this License, and replace the individual copies of this
joachim99@80 371 License in the various documents with a single copy that is included in
joachim99@80 372 the collection, provided that you follow the rules of this License for
joachim99@80 373 verbatim copying of each of the documents in all other respects.
joachim99@80 374 </p>
joachim99@69 375
joachim99@80 376 <p>
joachim99@80 377 You may extract a single document from such a collection, and distribute
joachim99@80 378 it individually under this License, provided you insert a copy of this
joachim99@80 379 License into the extracted document, and follow this License in all
joachim99@80 380 other respects regarding verbatim copying of that document.
joachim99@80 381 </p>
joachim99@69 382
joachim99@80 383 <p>
joachim99@80 384 <strong>7. AGGREGATION WITH INDEPENDENT WORKS</strong>
joachim99@80 385 </p>
joachim99@69 386
joachim99@80 387 <p>
joachim99@80 388 A compilation of the Document or its derivatives with other separate
joachim99@80 389 and independent documents or works, in or on a volume of a storage or
joachim99@80 390 distribution medium, is called an "aggregate" if the copyright
joachim99@80 391 resulting from the compilation is not used to limit the legal rights
joachim99@80 392 of the compilation's users beyond what the individual works permit.
joachim99@80 393 When the Document is included in an aggregate, this License does not
joachim99@80 394 apply to the other works in the aggregate which are not themselves
joachim99@80 395 derivative works of the Document.
joachim99@80 396 </p>
joachim99@69 397
joachim99@80 398 <p>
joachim99@80 399 If the Cover Text requirement of section 3 is applicable to these
joachim99@80 400 copies of the Document, then if the Document is less than one half of
joachim99@80 401 the entire aggregate, the Document's Cover Texts may be placed on
joachim99@80 402 covers that bracket the Document within the aggregate, or the
joachim99@80 403 electronic equivalent of covers if the Document is in electronic form.
joachim99@80 404 Otherwise they must appear on printed covers that bracket the whole
joachim99@80 405 aggregate.
joachim99@80 406 </p>
joachim99@69 407
joachim99@80 408 <p>
joachim99@80 409 <strong>8. TRANSLATION</strong>
joachim99@80 410 </p>
joachim99@69 411
joachim99@80 412 <p>
joachim99@80 413 Translation is considered a kind of modification, so you may
joachim99@80 414 distribute translations of the Document under the terms of section 4.
joachim99@80 415 Replacing Invariant Sections with translations requires special
joachim99@80 416 permission from their copyright holders, but you may include
joachim99@80 417 translations of some or all Invariant Sections in addition to the
joachim99@80 418 original versions of these Invariant Sections. You may include a
joachim99@80 419 translation of this License, and all the license notices in the
joachim99@80 420 Document, and any Warranty Disclaimers, provided that you also include
joachim99@80 421 the original English version of this License and the original versions
joachim99@80 422 of those notices and disclaimers. In case of a disagreement between
joachim99@80 423 the translation and the original version of this License or a notice
joachim99@80 424 or disclaimer, the original version will prevail.
joachim99@80 425 </p>
joachim99@69 426
joachim99@80 427 <p>
joachim99@80 428 If a section in the Document is Entitled "Acknowledgements",
joachim99@80 429 "Dedications", or "History", the requirement (section 4) to Preserve
joachim99@80 430 its Title (section 1) will typically require changing the actual
joachim99@80 431 title.
joachim99@80 432 </p>
joachim99@69 433
joachim99@80 434 <p>
joachim99@80 435 <strong>9. TERMINATION</strong>
joachim99@80 436 </p>
joachim99@69 437
joachim99@80 438 <p>
joachim99@80 439 You may not copy, modify, sublicense, or distribute the Document except
joachim99@80 440 as expressly provided for under this License. Any other attempt to
joachim99@80 441 copy, modify, sublicense or distribute the Document is void, and will
joachim99@80 442 automatically terminate your rights under this License. However,
joachim99@80 443 parties who have received copies, or rights, from you under this
joachim99@80 444 License will not have their licenses terminated so long as such
joachim99@80 445 parties remain in full compliance.
joachim99@80 446 </p>
joachim99@69 447
joachim99@80 448 <p>
joachim99@80 449 <strong>10. FUTURE REVISIONS OF THIS LICENSE</strong>
joachim99@80 450 </p>
joachim99@69 451
joachim99@80 452 <p>
joachim99@80 453 The Free Software Foundation may publish new, revised versions
joachim99@80 454 of the GNU Free Documentation License from time to time. Such new
joachim99@80 455 versions will be similar in spirit to the present version, but may
joachim99@80 456 differ in detail to address new problems or concerns. See
joachim99@80 457 http://www.gnu.org/copyleft/.
joachim99@80 458 </p>
joachim99@69 459
joachim99@80 460 <p>
joachim99@80 461 Each version of the License is given a distinguishing version number.
joachim99@80 462 If the Document specifies that a particular numbered version of this
joachim99@80 463 License "or any later version" applies to it, you have the option of
joachim99@80 464 following the terms and conditions either of that specified version or
joachim99@80 465 of any later version that has been published (not as a draft) by the
joachim99@80 466 Free Software Foundation. If the Document does not specify a version
joachim99@80 467 number of this License, you may choose any version ever published (not
joachim99@80 468 as a draft) by the Free Software Foundation.
joachim99@80 469 </p>
joachim99@69 470
joachim99@80 471 <h3>How to use this License for your documents</h3>
joachim99@69 472
joachim99@80 473 <p>
joachim99@80 474 To use this License in a document you have written, include a copy of
joachim99@80 475 the License in the document and put the following copyright and
joachim99@80 476 license notices just after the title page:
joachim99@80 477 </p>
joachim99@69 478
joachim99@80 479 <pre>
joachim99@80 480 Copyright (c) YEAR YOUR NAME.
joachim99@80 481 Permission is granted to copy, distribute and/or modify this document
joachim99@80 482 under the terms of the GNU Free Documentation License, Version 1.2
joachim99@80 483 or any later version published by the Free Software Foundation;
joachim99@80 484 with no Invariant Sections, no Front-Cover Texts, and no Back-Cover
joachim99@80 485 Texts. A copy of the license is included in the section entitled "GNU
joachim99@80 486 Free Documentation License".
joachim99@80 487 </pre>
joachim99@69 488
joachim99@80 489 <p>
joachim99@80 490 If you have Invariant Sections, Front-Cover Texts and Back-Cover Texts,
joachim99@80 491 replace the "with...Texts." line with this:
joachim99@80 492 </p>
joachim99@69 493
joachim99@80 494 <pre>
joachim99@80 495 with the Invariant Sections being LIST THEIR TITLES, with the
joachim99@80 496 Front-Cover Texts being LIST, and with the Back-Cover Texts being LIST.
joachim99@80 497 </pre>
joachim99@69 498
joachim99@80 499 <p>
joachim99@80 500 If you have Invariant Sections without Cover Texts, or some other
joachim99@80 501 combination of the three, merge those two alternatives to suit the
joachim99@80 502 situation.
joachim99@80 503 </p>
joachim99@69 504
joachim99@80 505 <p>
joachim99@80 506 If your document contains nontrivial examples of program code, we
joachim99@80 507 recommend releasing these examples in parallel under your choice of
joachim99@80 508 free software license, such as the GNU General Public License,
joachim99@80 509 to permit their use in free software.
