1 Use makehtml to generate the specification.

3 Note that it is using a slightly hacked version of SpecGen5,
4 so that instances are displayed without namespace prefixes
5 uniformly, whether they are using the the ontology's prefix
6 or not. Before the hack this was inconsistent.
