Overloaded initialise in OnsetDetectionFunction so the hopSize and frameSize can be set independently of the window type and onset detection function type

Installation
------------

On the command line, type:

	python setup.py build
	
and then:

	python setup.py install
	
You may need to prefix the second command with 'sudo', depending upon your system configuration.
