And now, the big one: two into one will go.

* Reporter abstract base class;
* Two instantiations of same, replicating the point accumulating and
  report functionality of trackSequenceQueryNN() and
  trackSequenceQueryRad();
* adjust trackSequenceQueryNN() to
  - include radius threshold test if radius is non-zero;
  - use new Reporter argument for accumulating matches;
  - move report() call into query();
* new VERB_LOG macro to take away zillions of std::cerr << things;
* we can now delete trackSequenceQueryRad() entirely.
