annotate tests/0001/run-test.sh @ 223:e2e561eef3d6 refactoring

Bump up O2_MAXFILES.

It turns out that the given value is a little bit niggardly for e.g.
KSA_CHARM with 1s frames.

(This does mean that we waste more space for tables; the calculation of
table sizes could probably be revisited.)
