annotate tests/clean.sh @ 654:828c1c4e25cc

(probably) restore buildability on Cygwin

Only probably because I don't have easy direct access to a Cygwin build
environment yet; sadly, it doesn't install under Wine.  I have inspected
the output of gcc -dM -E foo.h for different compiler/OS combinations,
though, and this should now be right.
