tomwalters@0 11 Convert the format of AIM binary output from row-wise (ie SAI) to column-wise
tomwalters@0 12 (ie NAP). The program expects to read an AIM header, and interprets input as
tomwalters@0 13 a succession of frames in row-wise format (eg output from gensai), each to be
tomwalters@0 14 output in row-wise format (eg as if output from genbmm, gennap, etc.).
tomwalters@0 15 A new header is constructed, and most options in the input header are copied
tomwalters@0 16 to the output header. Some parts of the header are changed for the output
tomwalters@0 17 format: (frames, frameshift, framewidth, frameheight, framebytes).
